We are pleased to offer our players a cutting-edge yoga conditioning program, specifically designed to fine-tune your balance, improve lung capacity, increase agility, reduce your chances of injury, and decrease trauma in the body after pounding the courts. Combined, these benefits can add years to your playing career.
In addition, you’ll learn focus exercises and relaxation techniques to ground you in a powerful mental zone during game time. NSBC yoga conditioning is more specific than the typical “gym yoga” or “yoga for athletes” class. Our unique systematic training incorporates poses, breathwork, and lesser-known practices to enhance and accelerate the benefits of yoga for serious athletes. These techniques fit seamlessly into a hectic travel schedule and can be applied throughout the season. By practicing NSBC Yoga, you’ll take your game to the next level—and keep it there.
